Our Culture

Team Environment
From "Day One", you are a member of the Team. All employees, no matter how new, sit on at least one Team meeting per month where issues and suggestions are discussed. We have an open, participative atmosphere where everyone's input is welcome.
Social Events
The following are just a few annual events that we hold:
- Christmas Party (dinner, dancing, awards & prizes)
- Summer Social (fun for the whole family!)
- Golf Tournament (a tradition for 3 decades!)
There are also other social functions from time-to-time during the year, ranging from potluck lunches to comedy and theatre nights.
