Our seasoned sales force are specialists in their field, possessing an abundance of valuable information on our industry and products.  They provide on-site service, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and supply knowledgeable application assistance on your shop floor.  This information can increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and trouble-shoot breakdown situations.  Of course, the backbone of our service is our equally experienced and long-term CSR’s who offer consistent technical support and efficient product sourcing.

In the many decades of industrial distribution, we’ve learned the value of long-term relationships.  We approach every customer with a long-term focus, and we stand by the products we supply.  In fact, we will often arrange training on large capital purchase equipment to ensure a successful project.

Our ongoing goal is to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with our customers.  To this end, we recognize your needs may be unique and dynamic.  We offer customized summary invoicing (for weekly/monthly cost centre or G/L allocation) to aid in controlling your forecast spend.  For multi-shift production environments, we can offer after-hours emergency support.

Based on your specific needs, we can develop a custom reporting system detailing transactions by department, job or work centre.  There are many formats available including Excel, PDF and delimited flat file for import into your system.
